Livery

We have excellent facilities for people who wish to keep their own horses at Borlum.   The indoor and outdoor schools are available to all livery owners whenever not in use by the stables.  It is usual that only one lesson is taking place at any one time, so there is always a school available for livery owners.  The hacking on our own 400 acres is wonderful, and we also have access to neighbouring land, making for a marvellous variety of rides.

Instruction from our resident instructors is available at reduced rates to livery owners, and we also hold a number of regular clinics with visiting instructors.  Regular showjumping, dressage and BHS Trec competitions are also a feature.

Various levels of livery can be provided according to how much time you have to look after your horse yourself, from DIY grass livery to full stabled livery, and all variations in between.  Flexibility and service are paramount.

Temporary livery can be provided if you are coming to the area for a competition or holiday, or perhaps you are going on holiday and need somewhere for your horse while you are away.  Borlum are part of the BHS Horses Welcome scheme (www.horseswelcome.org) so why not think about taking them with you for a short break, a week or longer!
