This privacy notice tells you what to expect us to do with your personal information when you make contact with us, stay on our campsite or in one of our holiday cottages, book a riding lesson or have a horse with us on livery.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- You have made an enquiry to us.
- You have made an information request to us.
- You have made a booking on our campsite.
- You have booked one of our holiday cottages.
- You have booked a riding lesson.
- You have a horse on livery at our livery yard.
- You have applied for a job or secondment with us.
Information we may collect from you
Information contained in the communications between us, including telephone calls, emails and facebook messaging. This may include your full name, address, phone number, Email, car registration and card details.
If you book a riding lesson, you will be required to complete a rider registration form, which includes more detailed information, i.e. date of birth, height, weight, health issues and your riding experience, as well as an emergency contact number.
We may also receive personal data from third parties and public sources, including other customers when they interact with us. If you provide us with personal information about another person, you must ensure that you have their agreement and that they are also aware of how we use personal information.
Online bookings
If you book via our website the necessary personal data you give to secure the booking is processed and stored by Freetobook (our online data processor) and received by us. CCTV footage
CCTV cameras operate throughout the campsite as well as various other parts of the farm to help the smooth operation of the campsite, ensure the safety of guests, clients and employees and to assist with law enforcement
How we store your data
When you make a booking, we store your contact and holiday information in our booking system. This information is held for the purposes of managing bookings. If you contact us via email or facebook messaging, your messages will be saved in the email or facebook messaging box. For any interaction with us on social media sites, the privacy policy for that site applies.
Livery contracts and rider registration forms will be filed and we will keep those records for as long as necessary or legally required.
Credit card details
We do not store your card details. If you book through an online booking system, your card details will be held on a secure sever.
If you make a payment via the secure payment section on our website, we will process your payment and delete your details of the server.
If you make a payment over the phone, we will process the payment immediately and not store the card details.
How we use your data
We hold your information for the purposes of processing and managing bookings or contracts, and for communication with you. We may from time to time send you a newsletter or contact you with special offers or updates that we think would be of interest to you.
Reviews
You may be asked to send feedback after your stay by Freetobook or Pitchup. This is in order for us to further improve our service. Your email address will be used for this purpose. If you complete a review, it may be posted on the online booking site, our website, or facebook.
Who has access to your data
Booking details and CCTV footage can be accessed by the proprietors, management and staff. We may share this information with law enforcement authorities to ensure the safety of our guests and to assist in upholding the rule of law and to defend our legal rights.
If you have a horse at our livery at our yard, it may also be necessary to give your contact details to other livery clients or professionals if there are any questions or problems regarding your horse.
Your personal information is not shared with any other third parties. We will provide a summary of any personal information held upon request.
